Growing up with older brothers, I quickly discovered that baking was my "in," so to speak. As my older siblings invited friends over, they flocked to the kitchen to discover what heavenly-scented concoction I was making and inevitably hung around to taste the end result! I've love combining ingredients in both traditional and innovative ways, always seeking to improve my recipes. Creating amazing desserts has always brought me (and those who eat them) great comfort, joy and excitement.

​While attending Pro Pastry classes at the Gourmandise School in Santa Monica, CA and often baking more goodies than my friends and family could possibly consume, I decided to start Sugartown LA. Combining my creativity, passion and training, I strive to create the perfect desserts for every occasion.
